Spinning class: Great for your heart, bad for your ears?
Your health isn't one dimensional.
An investigation by Vox.com found that music at some popular indoor cycling classes can reach nine times the recommended level for safe daily noise exposure.
While these spinning classes are great for your cardio, any long-term damage to your ears is irreversible but preventable. Wear earplugs and ask your instructor if you they can turn down the volume.
